Published by The Folio Society in 1996.The book is in near fine condition (illustrative cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine) with light colour fading to the gilt lettering on the spine. Plain slipcase is in near fine condition with only a tiny indentation to the top edge. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.
