The book is in very good condition (green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and gilt lettering and decoration to front) with light rubbing to the edges and corners, light creasing to the head and tail of the spine and light age tanning to the pages and page edges. No dust jacket. Internally the pages are otherwise clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.

Long assumes the character of a rabbit to question human certainties.
