Signed by Philip Walthers on the Limitation page.The book is in very good condition with a small fingernail-sized dent to the bottom edge of the front board, creasing to the bottom corner of the back board and to the top and bottom of the spine. Internally, there is a little creasing to the Limitation page and to one or two others (possibly a fault when the book was bound), however they are clean and tight with no tears or other inscriptions.
