First UK edition, first print hardback of ALWAYS COMING HOME by Ursula Le Guin and published by Victor Gollancz in 1986.

The book is in very good condition (black cloth boards with gold lettering to spine) with just a bit of light rubbing to the top of the front and back boards and spine, which also has light creasing to the top and bottom. The dust jacket, which is not price clipped, is in very good condition with light creasing to the bottom of the front cover, top of the back cover and top and bottom of the spine. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.

Always Coming Home is perhaps the most remarkable work yet from a remarkable author, whose novels The Left Hand of Darkness and The Dispossessed have become modern classics.
