The book is in near fine condition (black cloth boards with silver lettering to spine) with no significant wear. The book is in a very good+ unclipped dust jacket that has very light creasing to the top and bottom of the front cover, top of the spine and back cover which also has a very small chip. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.

Easter Dawn charts the story of the 1916 Rising, from the landing of the guns at Howth for the Irish Volunteers in 1914 to the arrests and executions that followed it. The battlegrounds that erupted across Dublin city and elsewhere in Ireland form the stage upon which a remarkable cast assembled.
