The book is in very good+ condition (green cloth boards with gold lettering to front) with very light bumping to the top corner of the front board. The book is in a very good+ unclipped dust jacket that has light creasing to the top corner of the front cover. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there no tears or other inscriptions.

Beautifully illustrated with his own line drawings, Tom O'Reilly guides us through a year of his favourite ponds, and their inhabitants, plotting the seasons and watching the changes they bring, reflecting on the catches which evaded him and eagerly anticipating the opportunites to come.
