Signed to a previous owner by Michel Roux on the title page.The book is in near fine condition (brown cloth boards with gold lettering to spine) with very light marks on the front board in a very good unclipped dust jacket that has creasing mainly to the top edges. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
