First published in this form in 2003 for a limited Subscriber's Library Edition.The book is in near fine condition (blue cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine) with no more than light bumping to the top and bottom edges of the spine. The book is in a very good price-clipped dust jacket which is protected in an archival sleeve and has light creasing to the top edges. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.
