SXL 6021 Haydn LA POULE Vinyl LP WBGr Ansermet

33rpm LP Record of SXL 6021 Haydn LA POULE (Symphony No 83 in G minor and Symphony No 87 in A) featuring L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande conducted by Ernest Ansermet. It was issued on the stereo DECCA wideband grooved label in 1962. 'Original Recording By' in the 10 o'clock position (ED1). UK pressing.

The record itself is graded excellent plus/near mint, with just the odd light surface mark/hairline visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on a USB turntable. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, pops, crackle or ticks. Stunning faultless playback.

Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. The very faintest spider marks.

The outer sleeve is graded very good, with a bit of ringwear as well as light handling, storage and age-related wear. The pinched spine is intact and strong with no loss to the lettering. The inner sleeve has a press cutting of the recording glued to the middle.
