33rpm LP Record of SXL 2125 Bach BRANDENBURG CONCERTOS NO 1 AND NO 6 featuring the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra and Soloists conducted by Karl Munchinger. It was issued on the stereo DECCA wideband grooved label in 1959. 'Original Recording By' in the 10 o'clock position (ED1) UK pressing. This is Record One only of a set of three.
The record itself is graded excellent minus, with a few light surface marks/hairlines visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on a USB turntable. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, repetitive ticks or crackle and just a very occasional light tick. Hardly worth mentioning. Otherwise more or less faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. Light spider marks.
The rather flimsy outer sleeve is graded very good, with rubbing to edges and corners, a little ringwear, nothing too drastic. The inner sleeve has no wear to speak of.
