First edition first print hardback of THE FRIGHTENERS by Stephen Laws and published by Souvenir Press Ltd in 1990. Signed and dated by Laws on the title page.The book is in very good condition (black cloth boards with silver lettering to spine) with light general wear (bit of creasing to the top of the spine). The book is in a very good- unclipped dust jacket which has light creasing here and there and a fingernail closed tear to the top of the spine. Still very presentable. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
