A Box Set of TWO 33rpm LP Records of SLS 786 Brahms VIOLIN CONCERTO AND DOUBLE CONCERTO, featuring David Oistrakh on violin and Mstislav Rostropovitch on cello, accompanied by the Cleveland Orchestra conducted by George Szell. It was issued on the Stereo EMI black & white dog in stamp label in 1970. Included is a 4-page booklet containing background notes in English. UK pressing.
The records themselves are graded at least excellent, with no visible marks when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks or crackle and no more than a very occasional very light dust pop (hardly worth mentioning). Otherwise just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, light spider marks.
The box is graded excellent, clean and sturdy, with no wear to speak of. The inner sleeves are also in excellent condition with no wear worth mentioning. The booklet also has no wear to speak of.
