On offer here is a 33rpm LP Record of SHOSTAKOVICH: CELLO CONCERTO NO 1 & KABALEVSKY: CELLO CONCERTO NO 1, featuring the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy. The soloist is Yo-Yo Ma. Also featured is Nolan Miller on the French Horn. It was issued on the CBS Records Masterworks Digital label in 1983. Catalogue No: D 37840The record itself is in excellent condition, with hardly any visible scratches/marks - perhaps just the odd one. Excellent sound quality, with NO jumps, pops or ticks and no more than very faint crackle on the odd occasion - otherwise virtually flawless playback. Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.
The sleeve and original CBS inner sleeve are also in excellent condition, with only minor wear (bit of rubbing to edges, bumping to corners, nothing more). Overall, this is a high quality item.
