Shipping Information
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. This is calculated separately.
We offer a number of postage rates. Once you have selected the items you would like to receive you will be taken to the checkout where you will be able to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. If you are resident in the UK, these range from a standard first or second class service to a recorded (signed for) service.
We have also now added a Courier service independent of the Royal Mail for packages weighing over 1KG and shipped to a UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). We think this option, though in some cases may take a little longer, works out much cheaper than Royal Mail - and the package is trackable at no extra cost. If you are resident outside the UK you can take advantage of the international recorded service (worldwide), as well as standard Airmail.

- Royal Mail Second Class Standard (UK) - Within 3 Days (Compensation up to £20)
- Royal Mail First Class Signed for (UK) - 1 Day (Compensation up to £20) Requires a signature on delivery
- Royal Mail Second Class Recorded (UK) - Within 3 Days (Compensation up to £20) Requires a signature on delivery
- Courier Service (UK) - 3-5 Days (Compensation up to £25) Trackable
- Courier Service (UK) - 3-5 Days (Compensation up to £25) Trackable & Requires a signature on delivery
- Royal Mail Airmail (Europe) - From 3 Days (Compensation up to £20)
- Royal Mail Airmail (Rest of World) - From 5 Days (Compensation up to £20)
- Royal Mail Signed For (Europe) - From 3 Days (Compensation up to £20) Trackable Within UK
- Royal Mail Signed For (Rest of World) - From 5 Days (Compensation up to £20) Trackable Within UK
- Courier Service to some European countries - 5-10 Days (Compensation up to £20) Trackable to Destination
- Courier Service to some countries outside Europe - 5-10 Days (Compensation up to £20) Trackable to Destination
We are always willing to look into other couriers that offer good value for money.
All shipping rates are inclusive of packaging and handling.
Postage discounts are available on multiple purchases (depending on weight and destination). The maximum weight for any package shipped to a destination outside the UK is 2KG (For most items) and 5KG (For printed papers (books etc) ONLY - 2KG for printed papers shipped to Canada)
