Twelfth edition hardback of TRAVELS WITH A DONKEY IN THE CEVENNES, by Robert Louis Stevenson and published by Chatto & Windus in 1897.The book is in good condition, considering it is over 100 years old, and has no major signs of wear or damage wear (the black lettering on the spine is still pretty clear, as is the red motif on the front and back boards). Olive green boards are soiled but remain quite firmly attached to the rest of the book. There is no dust jacket. Internally, the pages are for the most part clean and tight, with no pages missing or loose, and there are no tears and no inscriptions. Very little signs of age spotting (except on the endpapers) and only minimal tanning.
