First edition fourth print hardback of FOOD HEROES (Recipes Inspired by the Champions of Good Food) by Rick Stein and published by BBC Books in 2002. Signed and dated 'Happy Christmas' to a previous owner by Stein on the front endpaper.

The book is in very good+ condition (black cloth boards with silver lettering to spine) with very light bumping to the top corner of the front board. The book is in a very good unclipped dust jacket which has light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine and back cover and to the top of the front cover, along with general storage and handling wear. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
