Wilkinson and self published by the author in 2005. Includes a photograph of Col. Richard F. Wilkinson signed 'To the Best' by Wilkinson himself.The book is in near fine condition (Burgundy cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front) with light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine. The book is in a near fine unclipped dust jacket which has very light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.
