Reissue hardback of GO TO IT (The Illustrated History of The 6th Airborne Division) by Peter Harclerode and published by Caxton Editions in 2000. Signed by Harclerode on the title page. Pegasus Bridge Cafe ink stamp also to title page.The book is in very good condition (pictorial boards with yellow and white lettering to spine and front) with light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine and bottom corner of the front cover which also has a small indentation to the front edge. The book is in a good price-clipped dust jacket which has light creasing to the top and bottom of both covers and spine, along with a three inch closed tear, which has been selotaped over, to the bottom spine shoulder. There is a light folding crease in the centre of the first 3 pages of the book. Internally the back endpaper has some small brown stains to the top corner, but otherwise the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
The 6th Airborne Division was one of the most famous fighting formations of the British Army. Go To It is the gripping account of a story which had not been previously fully told.
