First edition first print hardback of THE UNINVITED by Nick Pope and published by Simon & Schuster in 1997. Signed to a previous owner by Pope on the title page. Uncommon signed.

The book is in near fine condition (black cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine) with some age tanning to the pages and edges. The book is in a near fine unclipped dust jacket which has light rubbing to the edges. Internally the pages are otherwise clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
