A Boxed 13-track 33rpm LP Record of the original sound track recording of MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY, music composed by Bronislau Kaper featuring the MGM Symphony Orchestra conducted by Robert Armbruster. It was issued on the MGM Records label. (Deluxe Stereo Edition). Included is a hardback souvenir book containing historical background notes in English, stills from the 1962 film starring Marlon Brando, Trevor Howard and Richard Harris, and short actor biographies. A paperback version of the book is also included. Catalogue number: S1E4ST. USA pressing.The record is graded a bit less than excellent, with one or two visible marks when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Excellent sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks or crackle and just the odd pop. Otherwise more or less faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels a touch soiled, no discernible spider marks.
The box is graded very good with some light wear (rubbing to edges, bumping to corners, old price sticker in top corner of lid). The books and record sleeve have no wear to speak of.
