A Box Set of Four 33rpm LP Records: MOZART COMPLETE WORKS FOR VIOLIN AND ORCHESTRA, featuring Henryk Szeryng on violin, accompanied by the New Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Alexander Gibson. Other featured musicians are: Bruno Giuranna, Viola; Gerard Poulet, Violin. It was issued on the Philips Red & Silver label in 1970. Included is a booklet containing background notes in English, French and German. Catalogue number: 6707 011The records themselves are graded at least excellent, with no more than the odd visible mark when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Excellent sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks or crackle and only the odd pop (more than likely dust). Otherwise just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, some light spider marks.
The box is graded a strong very good, with just some light bumping to a couple of corners, but is otherwise clean and sturdy. The original inner sleeves and booklet have no wear to speak of.
