The book is in near fine condition (Clean red cloth boards with silver lettering on the spine which has minor bumping to the top corner) with only minor shelf wear to the dust jacket which is not price clipped (slight creasing to two top corners but nothing too drastic). Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.

Michel Albert Roux (Michel Roux, Jr.), is one of London's most respected chef-patron of three-Michelin-star Le Gavroche in London, which his father and uncle Albert Roux OBE and Michel Roux OBE founded in 1967. Le Gavroche, which he has run since 1991, continues to receive recommendations for excellence in every food guide.
