33rpm Two LP Record Box Set of Medea Mei-Figner ARIAS DUETS AND INTERVIEW complete recorded output from 1902, 1903 and 1929. The interview was conducted (mainly in French) in her flat in Paris, when she was 90 years old. This box set was issued on the Rubini label in 1975. UK pressing. Catalogue number: RS 301. Includes booklet with biographical notes on Medea, illustrated with black and white photographs.The records themselves are graded excellent, with just a couple of light surface marks visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on a USB turntable. Just about faultless playback of very old recordings transferred on to vinyl.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean. The very lightest spider marks.
The box is graded a strong very good, with just a bit of light wear (thumbnail closed split to the bottom of the spine, lid very slightly 'bowed', but nothing at all drastic). The inner sleeves have no wear to speak of. The booklet has a tiny bit of age spotting to the cover but is otherwise in excellent shape.
