First edition, first print hardback of FANTASY WARGAMING Games with Magic & Monsters, by Martin Hackett and published by Patrick Stephens Limited, Northamptonshire, 1990.The book is in very good condition (Clean blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine) with minor wear to the dust jacket, which is price clipped (slight creasing to the edges mainly around the spine and minor rubbing to a couple of corners). Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.
