First reprint hardback of FIVE HUNDRED MILE WALKIES: One Man and a Dog Versus the South West Peninsular Path by Mark Wallington (with Illustrations by Douglas Hall) and published by Hutchinson in 1986.The book is in very good condition (blue cloth boards with silver lettering to spine) with light age related wear including slight colour fading to the edges and bumping here and there. The book is in a good unclipped dust jacket which has light creasing to the edges including a one inch long closed tear to the front bottom edge and sundry nicks and chips, sun fading to the front cover. Previous owner's name to front endpaper. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions. A reasonably good reading copy.
