Signed by Munoz on the title page. With full numberline 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 and states 'First Edition' on the copyright page.The book is in very good condition (Clean blue cloth boards with silver lettering on spine), with only minor shelf wear to the pictorial dust jacket which is not price clipped. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no other inscriptions.
Manuel Munoz is an award-winning Mexican American novelist, short story writer, and professor at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. His short story collection, The Faith Healer of Olive Avenue, was a finalist for the Frank OConnor International Short Story Award. He is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts literature fellowship and the prestigious Whiting Award, and is currently teaching creative writing at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
