First edition first print hardback of LITTLE PEOPLE OF INDIA by Mabel and Cecil Elgee and published by The Times Press of Bombay in 1926. Signed by M & C Elgee on the front endpaper. There are some original press cuttings attached to the rear endpaper and pastedown. Rare.

The book is in good condition (thick card boards with cloth spine) with lightly soiled boards and bumping to corners. Internally, the pages are creased to the top corners but are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
