33rpm 10" Record of LW 5163 BRITTEN A SIMPLE SYMPHONY, Opus 4, featuring the Strings of the New Symphony Orchestra of London conducted by Eugene Goossens. It was issued on the mono black and gold DECCA label. UK pressing.The record itself is graded better than excellent, with no visible surface marks or scratches when viewed under normal house lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, pops, ticks or crackle. Just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean. No discernible spider marks.
The outer sleeve is also graded better than excellent, with no signs of wear. Overall an extremely fine item which has hardly been played.
