The book is in a very good+ unclipped dust jacket which has light creasing to the edges. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
An entertaining biography of Lord Egremont, who was certainly lucky in his ancestors - Wyndhams, Percys and Seymours, who left him a splendid inheritance, not only Petworth (the ancestral home) but also a long tradition of aristocratic eccentricity.
