First edition, first print hardback of THE MAGIC WORLD OF PORCELAIN by Jesus Torbado, Geoffery Godden, Rosendo Raimundo Verdaguer and Masaaki Maeda and published by Salvat Editores and printed in Spain in 1988. 2 signatures (unknown) with dates on the front endpaper and one on the half title page (looks like one of the Lladros).The book is in very good condition with very light bumping to the top corner of the front cover, and rubbing to the back cover. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
A collection of photographs of porcelain models and figures along with detailed descriptions and analysis of each piece. Included with the art, is the history of the pieces and the Lladro brothers and how they came to be leading creators of porcelain.
