The book is in very good condition (Clean blue boards and blue lettering to spine and front board) with some fading to the spine. The dust jacket is a photocopy of the original. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.
This edition has been completely revised, and contains details of the products of 92 different makers, with over 252 photographs, 91 line sketches and 71 badges. It supplies an added interest, a brief history of the automobile and useful information on how it works, besides a list of number plates and a glossary of technical terms.
