The record itself is in better than excellent condition, with no visible scratches/marks. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, pops, ticks or crackle. Just about faultless playback. Minimal to no spindle wear (though there is a bit of 'cracking' around the hole - I'm nit-picking here). Labels very clean, very light spider marks.
The sleeve is in a bit less than excellent condition, with some light rubbing to the edges and light bumping to the corners. Nothing much to speak of.
