Edited and with an Introduction by Roger Hudson. Maps drawn by Reginald and Marjorie Piggott.The book is in near fine condition (clean green leather boards with gilt decoration and gilt lettering on spine) housed in a brown slipcase which is in very good condition. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.
