First edition first print hardback of NANCY OUTSIDE IN JULY by Jim Dine (etchings) and Clifford Ackley (text) and published by ULAE in 1983. Signed by Dine on the title page.The book is in near fine condition (black cloth boards with black lettering to spine and front) with no significant wear. The book is in a good+ unclipped dust jacket (protected in an archival sleeve) which has light creasing to the top edge and top and bottom corners of the front cover, top and bottom of the spine and back cover, a two inch closed tear to the top and a one inch closed tear to the bottom of the front cover as well as a one inch closed tear to the bottom of the back cover. There are also some small stains to the back cover and very light rubbing to the edges of both covers. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
