UK first edition, first print of INTIMATE LETTERS OF ENGLAND'S QUEENS, by Margaret Sanders and published by Museum Press in 1957.The book itself is in good condition. The dust jacket, which is price clipped, has some wear (rubbing to the edges, corners slightly bumped, slight fraying/two small tears to the top and bottom of the spine, heavy browning to spine and cover edges. The inside of the jacket is also quite heavily browned on the spine and the spine of the book is quite heavily spotted). Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions, although there are age spots on the top and front page ends. Jacket is also a little soiled. Slight spinal lean.
