First edition first print hardback of COLLECTED STORIES by Frank Sargeson (Introduction by Bill Pearson and published by Blackwood & Janet Paul in 1964. Signed and dated to the author John Lehmann by Sargeson on the front endpaper, also includes a note with an additional inscription to Lehmann by Sargeson.

The book is in very good condition (blue cloth boards with blue and silver lettering to spine) with light bumping to the top and bottom corners of the back board and light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine which has some light colour fading. Lightly age tanned page edges. Lacking the dust jacket. Internally the pages have lightly yellowed but are otherwise clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
