Agatha Christie ENDLESS NIGHT First Edition 1967

First edition, first print hardback of ENDLESS NIGHT by Agatha Christie and published by Collins for The Crime Club in 1967.

The book is in very good condition (red and black boards with gold lettering to spine) with creasing to the top corner of the front cover and top and bottom of the spine. The book is in a good unclipped dust jacket that has wear and creasing along the top and bottom of the front and back cover, with closed tears on the bottom of the front and back covers and a thumbnail closed tear at the top of the inner spine. The front and back inner flaps also have folding creases. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.

A new novel by Agatha Christie is always a momentous event in the calender of crime novel publishing. In this doom-laden story, different in kind from the experiences of Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple, all the author's great gifts of subtlety and interpretation are on full display. Here, from the master of crime story-telling, is something new and different - something extraordinary and exciting.
