Agatha Christie DEAD MAN'S FOLLY First Edition 1956 No Dust Jacket

First edition first print hardback of DEAD MAN'S FOLLY by Agatha Christie and published by Collins for The Crime Club in 1956.

The book is in very good condition (red cloth boards with black lettering to spine) with a very light coffee cup ring trace to the front board, light creasing to the top and bottom of the spine and to the top edge of the back board. No dust jacket. Internally, the pages are lightly age tanned and age spotted but are otherwise tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions.

Nasse House - and a fete in progress, including, not a Treasure hunt, but a Murder Hunt - devised by the well-known detective novelist, Mrs. Ariadne Oliver; the prizes to be given away by the celebrated M. Hercule Poirot.

And then a murder that was all too real. An unlikely victim, an incredible disappearance, an impossible murder... so it seems. But in the end they all make sense to Hercule Poirot.
