First edition first print hardback of FIVE HAVE PLENTY OF FUN by Enid Blyton and published by Hodder & Stoughton in 1955.

The book is in good condition (red cloth boards with black lettering to spine) with bumping on the corners and creasing to the top and bottom of the spine. The book is in a good price clipped dust jacket that has heavy creasing and wear along the sides of the front and back covers and top and bottom of the spine. There are also multiple thumbnail closed tears along the top and bottom of the covers and two one inch open tears on the top and bottom of the spine. Light age spotting on the page edges. Internally, the pages are lightly tanned but tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.

Five Have Plenty of Fun is the 14th book of The Famous Five series by Enid Blyton. The five plus an American girl, Berta who is hiding with them, must evade mysterious visitors to Kirrin Island amidst a kidnapping.
