No dust jacket.The book is in very good condition for its age (decorated matte boards with white lettering and Cat in the Hat motif to front and spine). The outer boards are lightly soiled/browned with age, and there is bumping to the corners. Internally, the pages are clean (except for a very light stain on page 11) and tight and there are no tears and no inscriptions or writing.
This is the story of a young boy and girl whose quiet rainy day at home is disrupted by the arrival of the mischievous Cat in the Hat.
