First Edition, second print hardback of A PERIOD OF ADJUSTMENT by Dirk Bogarde, published by Viking - Penguin Books Limited, London, in 1994. Flatsigned by Bogarde on the title page.The book is in very good condition (Clean blue cloth boards with gold lettering on the spine) with only minor wear to the dust jacket which is not price clipped (light creasing to the top edges mainly around the spine and a small folding crease along the top corner of the inside flap at the back). Internally, the pages are clean and tight with no tears and no other inscriptions.
