First edition eighth print hardback of THE PROMISE by Damon Galgut and published by Chatto & Windus in 2021. Signed by Galgut on a dedicated bookplate attached to the title page. Numberline is 9 10 8. Winner of the Booker Prize in 2021.

The book is in as new condition (black boards with silver lettering to spine) with no significant wear. The book is in a fine unclipped dust jacket which also has no wear to speak of. There is a 'Signed Copy' sticker on the front cover. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or other inscriptions.
