A VAT charge of 21% will now be calculated at checkout and added to the final cost. This will cover the fees and VAT charged by the customs authorities before items are delivered and should speed up delivery.
With the busy festive season now upon us, all orders shipped within the UK and worldwide will be sent using a trackable service. An untracked option is at the moment unavailable.
BREXIT Update (02/08/2021) Shipping costs for packages sent to the EU using a courier service (NOT Royal Mail) now include VAT and Customs fees. If Royal Mail is chosen as the delivery service, these fees will still need to be paid by the buyer when the package arrives in the destination country.
Now that the UK has left the EU all packages sent from the UK to EU member states will be treated as imports and exports.
This means there will be additional Duties and Taxes to pay.
The recipient (for example, you if you buy something from our store) will have to pay these fees.
These fees are not controlled by us and we will not ask you to pay them at the time you place your order. You will either be contacted by the customs authority and asked to pay the fee (usually online) while the package is with them or the courier or postal service who deliver your package will ask for this payment before they hand over the package.
We are continuing to accept orders to all locations worldwide, but due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic there may understandably be delays in delivering your package.

With the mounting strain on many postal services we have decided to offer only a trackable service to all countries outside the UK. Your package may not arrive quicker, but if it is delayed at least you will know where it is.
