It was issued on the Stereo Deutsche Grammophon label (The Classical Masters Series). Included is a 4-page insert containing background notes in English. The individual catalogue numbers are: 2530 291 (24 Studies); 2530 550 (24 Preludes); 2530 659 (7 Polonaises); 2530 965 (14 Waltzes). The catalogue number as a complete box: 2864 255. German pressing.The records themselves are graded better than excellent, with no visible marks when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks, loud pops or crackle. Just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.
The box is graded excellent, clean and sturdy, with no wear to speak of. The inner sleeves and insert are also in excellent condition with no wear to speak of. All in all it would be very difficult to find a better copy of this particular item.
