With full numberline on the copyright page. Illustrated by Christopher Crump. The book was at first privately published with a hardback print run of 225 copies, preceded by 3,000 paperback copies both of which were issued by Saint Piran Press, UK in 2003. 

The book is in very good condition (Clean blue boards with white lettering on the spine - couple of small stains to front board, light sticker removal wear to back board, all pretty minimal) with virtually no wear to the unclipped dust jacket. Internally, the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears and no other inscriptions.
