A Box Set of FOUR 33rpm LP Records of Bruch COMPLETE WORKS FOR VIOLIN AND ORCHESTRA, featuring Salvatore Accardo on violin accompanied by the Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig conducted by Kurt Masur. It was issued on the Stereo Philips red and white label in 1978. Included is a 12-page booklet containing background notes in German, English and French. Catalogue number: 6768 065. Holland pressingThe records themselves are graded excellent, with no visible marks when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks, or crackle and just a very occasional light dust pop. Otherwise more or less faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.
The box is graded excellent, clean and sturdy, with no wear to speak of. The inner sleeves are also in excellent condition and the booklet also has no wear to speak of. All in all it would be very difficult to find a better copy of this particular item.
