33rpm 5-track LP Record of THE THING TO DO by Blue Mitchell, featuring Blue Mitchell on trumpet, Junior Cook on tenor sax, Chick Corea on piano, Gene Taylor on bass, Aloysius Foster on drums. It was issued on the stereo Blue Note label in 1985. This is a reissue of the album first released in 1964. Catalogue number: BST 84178. USA pressing.
The record itself is graded excellent, with no more than the odd surface mark visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on a USB turntable. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, clicks, pops or crackle. Just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. No discernible spider marks.
The outer sleeve is also graded excellent, with no more than very light bumping to corners. The spine is intact and strong with no loss to the lettering. The inner sleeve has no wear to speak of.
