33rpm 2XLP Record set of Beethoven THE COMPLETE SONATAS FOR PIANO AND CELLO, featuring Mstislav Rostropovich on cello and Sviatoslav Richter on piano. It was issued on the Philips stereo red and silver label. Catalogue number: 6999 015 on the cover, 6822 008 on the record labels. Italy pressing.
The records themselves are graded excellent, with no more than the odd light surface mark visible when viewed under normal domestic lighting. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks or crackle and only an occasional dust pop across all four sides. Otherwise just about faultless playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean, no discernible spider marks.
The gatefold sleeve is graded a strong very good, with a bit of light wear (slight rubbing to edges, bumping to corners, light age spotting/foxing here and there on the inside, nothing at all drastic). The spine is intact and strong with very minor loss to a couple of letters. The inner sleeves have no wear to speak of.
