First published by Nicholas Kaye Ltd in 1959.The book is in very good condition (blue cloth boards with black lettering to spine) with light age related staining here and there and bumping to the top and bottom edges of the spine. The book is in a very good- unclipped dust jacket which has light creasing, staining and small chips and tears here and there. Internally the pages are clean and tight and there are no tears or inscriptions.
