Barney Kessel CARMEN Vinyl LP

33rpm 9-track LP Record of Modern Jazz Performances from Bizet's Opera CARMEN, by Barney Kessel (also featuring Andre Previn, Shelly Manne, Buddy Collette, Ray Linn, Victor Feldman and Joe Mondragon). It was issued on the Mono Contemporary Records/Vogue label in 1959. Catalogue number: LAC 12214. UK pressing.

The record itself is graded excellent, with no visible surface marks when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on an AIWA turntable. Superb sound quality, with NO jumps, ticks, pops or crackle. Just about faultless playback.

Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels very clean. No discernible spider marks.

The outer sleeve is graded a strong very good, with no more than light wear (bumping to corners, very faint ring wear, age browning to back cover). The spine is intact and strong, with no loss to the lettering. The inner sleeve has no wear to speak of.
